Why Expiriva
Generic tools were not built for outsourced compliance.
Spreadsheets break at scale. Generic HR platforms were designed for in-house HR teams, not PRO service companies managing documents across dozens of external clients.

"Before Expiriva, I had three spreadsheets, two WhatsApp groups, and still got a call from a client asking why their employee's visa expired. That call doesn't happen any more."

FAQ
Common questions
If your question isn't answered here, contact our team directly.
Send an enquiryWhich document types does Expiriva track?
Expiriva tracks all major compliance documents used in Kuwait and the GCC: residence visas, work permits, civil IDs (PACI), trade licences, signatory passports, health certificates, and more. Custom document types can be added on Enterprise plans.
Can each client company have their own login?
Yes. Expiriva supports multi-tenant access: your clients can log in to a read-only view of their own documents, while your PRO team maintains full administrative control. Role-based permissions determine who can upload, approve, or export documents.
How do the expiry alert notifications work?
Expiriva sends automated email notifications to assigned staff members at 30, 14, and 7 days before a document's expiry date. Alert thresholds are configurable per document type. If a renewal is not actioned within a set timeframe, the system escalates to a supervisor.
Is my clients' data kept separate and secure?
Expiriva uses client-level data isolation so that one client's records are never visible to another. Each client company operates in its own workspace. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Does Expiriva integrate with government portals like PACI or MOI?
Expiriva currently serves as the central tracking and alerting platform rather than a direct government portal integration. Your team continues to submit renewals through official channels; Expiriva ensures you never miss a deadline and maintains the audit record of every submission.
How long does it take to set up and migrate from spreadsheets?
Most teams are operational within one to two business days. Expiriva provides a structured import template for bulk-uploading existing employee and document records. Enterprise clients receive dedicated on-boarding and migration assistance.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No minimum contract. Starter and Professional plans are billed month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Enterprise plans are structured to your requirements.
Purpose-built for PRO firms
Designed specifically for outsourced compliance management in Kuwait and the GCC, not adapted from a generic HR platform.
Client-level data isolation
Each client operates in their own secure workspace. Your PRO team has full oversight; your clients see only their own records.
Zero missed deadlines
Automated alerts at 30, 14, and 7 days. Escalation rules ensure nothing slips through when a team member is unavailable.
